Assistance from first point of contact, including body retrieval to preparation of the deceased

Wake in chapel for 4 days and 3 nights

Age Requirements: 18-70 years old
Fully Assignable - the plan is assignable (after 30days from Plan Approval or its transfer to another party) so you may give it to a deceased loved one.
Fully Transferable - the ownership of the plan is transferable to anyone who may use it in the future.

Family discount of 15% is applicable for the subsequent plan/s bought at the same time as the first plan for spot cash payment terms only.
Plus one time processing fee of 300.00 pesos on the first payment

INSURANCE BENEFITS (for with Insurance Benefits package and Planholder is insurable)
Credit Life: If the planholder dies before the full payment of the plan, 100% of the unpaid balance is waived, (Waiver of installments upon death) rendering the plan fully paid.

Disability Benefit: If the plan holder becomes totally and permanently disabled for a period of at least six (6) months during the paying period, 100% of the unpaid balance is waived, (Waiver of installments upon disability) rendering the plan fully paid.

Accidental Death & Disability: In cash of death or disability of the plan holder due to accident before the end of the 5th plan anniversary, his beneficiary will be entitled to an amount equal to 200% of the Pre-Need Price.

Term Insurance: In case of death of the plan holder before the attainment of age 75, his beneficiary will be entitled to an amount equal to 100% of the Pre-Need Price.
